Comments: Yamilet traveled predictably and steadily to the west beyond the international dateline, a long way to go back to Japan. Yamilet's track is very similar the track of Adelita, a loggerhead that was tracked by Wallace J. Nichols in 1996/97. This is particularly interesting as Adelita had been raised in captivity, while Yamilet is a "wild" turtle.
