PLACING ORDERS
Customers can place orders on line at our secured website www.conserveturtles.org. Orders will only be confirmed, after availability of order is verified and final total is calculated. If a customer regsiters under a phony or suspicious username/information, the account will be automatically deleted. Please register using only valid information.
PAYMENT METHOD
STC accepts Visa and Master Card only.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is collected for all Florida Shipping/Delivery Addresses. During the check out process the Florida State Sales Tax based rate of 6% is added to the order, any additional Local County Sales Tax is applied after the order has been submitted.
SHIPPING:
All prices include shipping and handling within the United States. International Orders - Additional charges for cost of shipping (based on weight) is applied after the order has been submitted.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days after an order is submitted. Please contact STC at 1-800-678-7853 or stc@conserveturtles.org.
