A leatherback encountered nesting May 18, at 9:45 pm. Curved shell length 170 cm, curved shell width 128 cm. Tyari was very calm and gave no reaction to researchers on being tagged.  She even allowed researchers to take some photos of her. She was also very focused on her task.  She was very quick to dig her nest, lay her eggs, cover and leave.
